We believe that everyone has a calling… but how do we know what it is?
Ephesians 4:11-13 is a helpful starting point: …The gifts he gave were that some would be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, to equip the Saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until all of us come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of God, to maturity, to the measure of the full stature of Christ.
The five gifts outlined in these verses are part of an inventory called ‘5Q.’ It is not a skills assessment; it is a tool we can use to discover and nurture our calling and use our gifts in service through Cliff Temple.
