Our Sunday morning classes at 9:45 a.m. are organized by age, common interests, or theme, and offer participants an opportunity to get to know other adults with common interests and backgrounds.

    “Activating Prayer, led by our Prayer Team, is designed as an experiential and empowering prayer journey. Drawing inspiration from Novo’s Activating Prayer Cohort, the course focuses on equipping participants to understand the use their spiritual authority to pray with confidence and see tangible impacts in their personal lives, communities, and beyond.   • April Elective: Parenting as Discipleship

    Parenting happens in habits. We make meals, get in cars, answer questions, discipline, and do bedtime. These ordinary routines are extraordinary opportunities to live out the love of God in profound ways.   • April Elective: Buried Treasure: Discipleship practices through the ages

    How does one learn to follow and love Jesus more and more? Explore how Christians in other ages have met the challenges of their times and sought to know the savior.   • May Elective: What Every Church Member Needs to Know About Poverty

    Enriched by insights from Toxic Charity and When Helping Hurts, Wes will invite participants to consider how the church can serve not just with good intentions, but with humility, presence, and a deeper commitment to the healing work of Christ among those in need. (Spiritual Pathway: Serve)

  • May Elective: Theology in the Films of Steven Spielberg

    This course will focus on the theology in the films of Steven Spielberg, whose films have impacted our society for over 50 years. It will allow the viewer to share what you notice in his films. Each week participants will be tasked to watch a Spielberg film and then come back for discussion. (Spiritual Pathway: Share)

  • Connections

    Room 224

    Connections is a book study for young adults (25-40ish), single or otherwise, seeking community with others willing to dig into scriptural guidance for navigating life. Most recently they studied The Christian Atheist by Craig Groeschel, and this fall they’re digging into Please, Sorry, Thanks by Mark Batterson

  • Parents of Children

    Room 223

    Parents of children ages 0-18. This group gathers to build community among parents and to focus on how scripture enables them to live a gospel centered life in the midst of caring for their families.

  • Estudio Bíblico

  • Global Affairs and the Bible

    Room 103

    This intergenerational class blends Bible study, global issues, and prayer on behalf of other countries and peoples around the world as class members seek to be faithful, growing disciples of Jesus.

  • Journey

    A discussion-based group that relies on participants' unique experiences to help the group grow towards Christ. Their goal is to understand scripture and apply its truths in practical ways. This group is generally 40s and up but all are welcome.

  • Crossroads

    Room 229

    This group of members in their 50s seeks a deeper relationship with God and with each other as they learn from the Bible, pray for each other, and have fun together. By using a variety of resources to enhance their Bible study, they encourage discussion to help one another apply the truth of scripture to their lives.

  • Special Friends

    Room 108

    This class focuses on spiritual growth and fellowship for our friends with developmental disabilities. Ages 16 and up are welcome.
