Mexico Border Refugee Mission Trip

Location: Reynosa, Mexico

Cliff Temple Baptist Church desires to embody Christ through serving the marginalized. This includes those who are seeking refuge in the United States. There are currently many refugees seeking asylum in the United States who are in limbo at the US-Mexico border. Many will stay for days, weeks, or even months waiting for their opportunity to plead their case for asylum. 

Cliff Temple has the opportunity to partner with the Baptist General Convention of Texas in Reynosa to love and serve these individuals and families.  Participants will help at a local shelter, Centro de Migrante: Senda de Vida, by preparing and serving meals, providing bible study and play opportunities for children and loving on the temporary residents of this shelter.

Cost: $550 ($300 If you elect to take the scholarship available for members)
Registration form and $100 deposit due by December 15
